Happy First Birthday Post

Well folks its been pretty quiet lately on the blog as I have been doing some heavy lifting but its time to get back into the groove and get serious with 20H1!

On that note, the first year of OnTheWinSide.com has been a great success for me. The main focus of my Blog has been to surface and document my travels as a #WindowsInsider. Being a WindowsInsider is a great treat, kind of like Halloween - My blog anniversary, where you get a new little something every place you go, as with the new versions of Windows 10.

With each build you see new features and functions, whether you are on the release ring, Slow, Fast or Skip rings, and trust me, I have a machine running every build! Having all these images running is a fun treat to keep up with as it really helps show and surface a large view that exposes overall changes and maturity that are very evident in the platform.

The changes we test and see today in 20H1 will be highlighted and shown off at MSIgnite 2019 next week and I will be following up this post with some of the treats that get brought forth for us all to indulge in.

I really appreciate the readers who are following my posts, if you have stumbled here looking for a solution to a problem and dont see me talking about here, drop me a line, I would love to help out. If you are looking to start out as a #WindowsInsider, ask about how you make the most out of your Journey!

I will leave you with this little Halloween treat, the changes that we see coming in 20H1 as well as the changes coming with the new Edge make this one of the most core and fundamental upgrades that we have seen in a while, bringing a mix of features and stability that are getting to be a cornerstone of the WindowsInsiders program. Get involved, get talking, get testing and most importantly get the newest #WindowsInsider build in whatever ring you want to run!

Happy Halloween and thanks for reading

Murray
